My daughter needed a clarinet for school. The staff helped us pick out the right instrument for her needs. They set up a payment plan that allows us to apply the rent towards the purchase price. When my daughter had a problem with the clarinet, we brought it in for repair and they gave her a loaner at no additional charge. They're the best!

Fountain Valley Music is a smaller, more personal store than some of the larger chains. They have a big selection of sheet music. My son got his first acoustic guitar there for free when we sgned up for a series of lessons.

Nice but small by Tony R. at InsiderPages
Fountain Valley Music is a nice little shop, and sometimes I prefer to go to a shop like that rather than a large chain. But their selection of music and instruments is kind of small. One of my big problems with FV music is that they are not open Sundays which is pretty rare for a retail establishment in this day and age; I would go there a lot more if they were open Sundays.
